Happy Birthday, Donna & Cecil ! !

I want to wish a very Happy Birthday to my sisters, DONNA & CECIL! They share February 19th as their birthday, 11 years apart.I think I've mentioned here before that out of 5 girls I'm the only one who has a birthday to herself. My birthday is October 23rd. Donna and Cecil share February 19th for their birthday, and my 2 oldest sisters, Sue and Ducky, share November 3rd as their birthday, 2 years apart.

To make it even more freaky, Jessica's birthday is ALSO November 3rd!

If you get a chance I hope you'll head over to DONNA'S BLOG and CECIL'S BLOG and wish them a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Just click on the blue links to be taken to their blogs.

Party on, Sisters!

I love y'all!

Good Morning Diane,
I will go and visit Cecil and Donna to wish them a Happy Birthday. "THANK YOU" for letting us know about it. When you have time, I have something for you on my today's post. I'm not going to hold my breath on the freezing rain for Wednesday. LOL. I think it will go North of us again. Wow, I can't believe that Cecil and Donna share a Birthday and then Sue and Ducky and then Jessica all share a Birthday. That is way too cool. I haven't been asleep yet. I went to bed, but never could go to sleep. I've been up all night. I haven't had any caffeine, so I don't know what it is. Unless my body knows that my DH will be home later tonight is best I can figure. LOL. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

My goodness you have been one busy G'ma, wife, mama, sis, etc. :-)

I am desperately trying to get caught up on visiting all of my favorite blogs. After being down with that crud that has been sweeping the country it just doesn't seem like I can get everything done that I want to do.

JD is sick with it now......

Hey that Emmy is a precious lil doll baby. She and Seth teamed up could put the run on your cat I bet. Wishing a blessed week for you and yours.

Diane, My sister and I both have birthdays on Feb. 18th. We are two years apart, with me being the oldest. My Dad and brother had birthdays on Dec. 5th and mom's birthday was on Dec. 7th. My sister Pat was all alone on Sept. 26th. Happy Birthday to "the Sisters"......

Hi Diane,
Just wanted to stop by and say hello and to thank you for your prayers. Josie is home now and doing great because of all the prayers going up for her. God is so good!

I'll try to go visit Donna and Cecil later on to wish them a Happy Birthday. How strange but wonderful that your family shares so many of the same birthdays. You just had to be different, didn't you?? LOL Stop by my blog again when you get a chance to get an award I left for all my wonderful friends.

Love and Hugs,
Hope

How wonderful that at least two of your sisters are bloggers! I wish mine would jump on in but so far all they do is read mine and either comment or call me up which is ok too, I love to hear from them any time!

I hope you are having a wonderful day!

We do that in my family too, Diane. Everybody gets born on someone else's birthday, or an anniversary. And we do holidays, too. My mother is a 4th of July baby. My brother is a New Year's baby. We're sooo original! LOL

When my sister-in-law went into labor on August 16th, I actually asked her to try to stay in labor for two days so the baby would be born on MY birthday. She wasn't interested. LOL

Happy Birthday to your sweet sisters.

Those are interesting coincidences on the birthday dates. Happy birthday to your sisters! One of my granddaughters turns 7 today, as well.

I visited your sister's with happy birthday wishes.
I read your sunday dinner post too and wanted to mention that a few days ago I made a soup with veggies and low fat turkey sausage. It's really good. I used the usual veggies, carrots, cabbage, celery, onion, tomatoes, garlic, etc and seasoned with bay leaf, salt and pepper. I don't like to put potatoe's in my soup because they get mushy. If I want noodles or rice I make it separately and add to my bowl just before reheating.
I've been thinking about cornbread and bean soup a lot. I think that will be my next kitchen project.
Blessings Diane.

I remember you saying this before, but it is so interesting that it definitely bears repeating!

I just read on Myrna's post that you've never read the Father Tim books. They are wonderful! I hope you get the chance. You need to start with the first one, though. I get mine from the library.

What a nice tribute to your sisters. I think it's very unusual for siblings to be born on the same date. I'll go over to their blogs and wish them a Happy Birthday.

I hope you are having a good week.

Hugs,
Betty

Good Afternoon Diane,
I'm just coming by to see how you and Miss Emmy are feeling today. I'm feeling better but it's my stomach now. You know, that woman thingy. I've been in and out of bed all day. We only got a little freezing rain here overnight. The roads were in good shape this morning and they had School. The girls weren't too thrilled about it tho. LOL. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Diane,

I hope your sisters had a wonderful birthday. I'm not sure what it would be like to share a birthday. I should have known, as I was supposed to be a twin. However, my twin died during Mom's pregnancy.

Thanks for commenting on Michelle's surgery and for the prayers. She conned the doctor in letting her come home today.

Take care, my friend. I love the birthday graphic.

Blessings,
Mary

Hi Diane, that's funny that you mention snow cream. My 6 year old has eaten snow ice cream a lot this season. She loves it. We ate it when we were kids in CO, but were warned to never eat 'yellow' snow! Ironically, her favorite is with yellow food coloring. Cracks me up! I'll put up a picture next week of her eating it.
